Key Personnel, Inc. began operations in October, 1998, providing professional staffing service to Richmond area companies. With initial focus primarily on executive recruiting, Key Personnel, Inc. successfully serves many of the Commonwealth's Fortune 500 companies. Expanding our operations during the second quarter of 1999 permitted growth into the interim labor market, while also maintaining its direct hire business. The temporary staffing sales have more than doubled each year and is currently being provided to well known Fortune 500 companies from the manufacturing, distribution, financial services, energy, real estate investment, and security industries. Key Personnel, Inc. is also proud of a growing number of governmental clients.


Scope

Our history of specialization, emphasis on local advertising, weekly classifieds listings, web-site, community presence, and client and candidate referrals encouraged further by cash referral bonuses have yielded a large and constantly increasing database of thousands of applicants.  Our Accounting, Administrative and Human Resources bandwidth includes access to applicants from Accounting Clerk to CFO, Data Entry Clerk to Executive Administrator, Human Resources Assistants to Document Reviewers ; all immediately available for interim or project work.


Screening

Each applicant is behaviorally screened, can be background screened nationally if requested, and is skill tested with computer-based software on accounting functions from Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, Payroll, General Accounting, Cost Accounting and Taxation, to all software needed for any level of Administrative and/or Clerical functions, including data entry and the entire MS Office Suite.  Legal professionals can be skill tested in commercial, criminal, general, labor, medical, and property law, documents, legal assistance, litigation, paralegal, research and terminology. 

Our computer based screening also includes the ability to test for commonly used Accounting software, such as QuickBooks Pro and Peachtree.
