"I went to college in west Tennessee.  When I graduated, I knew that I wanted to move away from there.  I took a trip to Richmond, Virginia and spent two weeks looking for a job.  One of the places I interviewed with was Key Personnel.  My resume was sent in for a job, but it turned out that I was not what they were looking for at that time.  I left Virginia and returned to Tennessee without a job.  About a month later I received a phone call from Kimberly at Key Personnel.  She informed me of a position with Owens&Minor and asked if I would be available for a phone interview.  It caught me off guard.  The staff at Key Personnel knew that I had returned to Tennessee, but still remembered me.  It would have been so much easier to just select local candidates, but they called me.  I had my phone interview and got the job.  After that, the people at Key Personnel helped me every step of the way.  No matter what questions or concerns I had, they were there to answer them.  After working for 4 months in a temporary position with Owens & Minor, I landed a full time position with them.  Thanks to Key Personnel I have a great job with a great company."
